Our Work on Six - Sigma started with training of Black Belts in Motorola, India. SQC & OR Division of Indian Statistical Institute initiated the planning of Six-Sigma implementation in Wipro. We implemented the entire process of Executive briefing for the Top and senior management, Champion’s training, Black Belt training and Green Belt training in

About 1000 projects have been completed with huge financial and customer benefits. At present, totally about 1500 Six-Sigma projects are being guided, out of which about 50% are nearing completion. Number of Institute faculties is engaged in Six-Sigma training and implementation in various centers/ units.
